Specifies a noun for the decorated class, property, method, or parameter.

@paramnoun: undefined | string

@paramplural: string

Specifies a noun for the decorated class, property, method, or parameter.

Nouns can be used when referencing the object or attribute.

This decorator sets the noun and nounPlural properties on the associated MetadataDescriptor.
